Water villa Shiraz

A fully refurbished open-air residential ark, equipped with all the comforts, with unobstructed views of the Westeinder Plassen. The villa has a spacious living and dining room with well-equipped kitchen. Two spacious bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom, which is equipped with a washing/drying combination, are downstairs.
All energy comes from solar panels.

On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and harbour views. You will also enjoy the tranquil casual atmosphere of Aalsmeer.

The space:

Equipped with all comforts and luxury, such as a Smart TV, Internet, Netflix, complete kitchen, washing machine, dryer and bathroom with shower and terrace overlooking the lake.

Watervilla Shiraz has 2 bedrooms and has capacity for 4 people. There is also a baby cot.

Upper floor water villa Shiraz:
Living room with open kitchen, dining area, cozy sitting area, TV, WIFI and electric atmosphere stove.

Ground floor:
2 bedrooms, bathroom with sink, shower and hairdryer. Towels included.
Adjacent to the living room you have a terrace with unobstructed views over the lake. You can enjoy the view and sun all day long.

Parking is free in the parking lot of the Oude Werf.

There is also a motorboat available for rent, so you can also enjoy the beautiful surroundings on the water.

The Shiraz water villa is entirely at your disposal and does not need to be shared with other guests.
